Jennifer Tyler is an experienced, gifted non-profit manager serving numerous institutions, organizations, and agencies nationally. She is an effective spokesperson and author. Her expertise centers on organizational policies and framework, procedural development, strategic thinking, long-term planning, and high-functioning, custom-tailored programs to create positive, productive cultures for growth. Her focus is defining a network of support within organizations and providing the necessary leadership to facilitate the shaping and development of a culture to fulfill the entity’s mission and build and strengthen stakeholder partnership. Her international travels afforded Jennifer the opportunity to speak at a Peace meeting between Japanese citizens and persons from Okinawa, as well as present in India.

As a trusted advisor, Jennifer’s expertise in assessing and clarifying internal organizational concerns, her ability to conceptualize and articulate issues, leadership in developing solutions to meet specific organizational needs, and a unique ability to communicate bold solutions to stakeholders empowers organizations to move forward with transparency and confidence. Her entrepreneurial nature resists “we’ve always done it that way” thoughts and inspires boards and leaders to think ahead, to challenge the status-quo, and envision a future that looks like its mission. As the owner of Tyler Associates for three decades, Jennifer has created successful programs to strengthen and expand the non-profit reach and directed the development of proprietary toolkits for Board SWOT and GAP analysis, strategic planning, assessment, staff training, and volunteer engagement and training.

Jennifer’s wide range experience includes many types of entities among which are private, non-profit educational institutions, civic organizations, children’s services, health, and social service organizations. Other areas of expertise include crisis management, marketing and communication strategies, programs to enhance public image, creative copywriting, effective presentations, major donor acquisition and cultivation, advocacy, team empowerment, media public relations and social media to keep the community engaged, effective messaging, philanthropy, and successful resource development. Jennifer believes it is important to invest in the lives and success of others. She facilitates that belief by giving back and mentoring other professionals.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology as an honor graduate from Louisiana College, Pineville, Louisiana. Jennifer is a contributing author in client publications on topic with her consulting. Her affiliations include: CUREPSP (Foundation for PSP|CBD and Related Brain Diseases), American Sociological Association, and the World Federation for Mental Health. Two of her published works are Extravagant Generosity, Abingdon, Press Publisher, and Tailwind, The Robert E. Miller Story, The E. Stanley Jones Foundation, Publisher.
